Acne Cure


ZIT FREE IN 6 MONTHS OR LESS
 
There is a resistant strain of acne. Alot of people are being affected by this, both men and women, young and old. I can speak first hand of how horrible it is to have acne. Fortunantely my acne was not severe but was severe enough to have it on a daily basis, be very noticable and to have it start at the age of 38 was like nothing I had ever experienced before. My dematologist recommend a few lazer treatments and for me to start wearing mineral makeup (no names mentioned). My acne cleared a little then got worse, not becuase of the treatments but the mineral makeup. I then discovered that this particular brand had bismuth oxychloride in it (a skin irritant) and that was what was making my acne worse. I switched to another brand only to find out it contained Talc and it looked very cakey. Well needless to say,  I was so lost and so aggrivated that I got into the skin care business and eventually solved my acne problem myself. I have been mostly acne free since the age of 41 and now I am 44. I still have the occasional breakout but only one or two pimples now and again. I would like to share with you a way that not only will you start noticing a difference with these treatments within 3 weeks, but with time you can totally rid yourself of embarrasing acne.
 
Alot of acne sufferers will use harsh ingredients like Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicyc Acid, to dry out their pimples. They will usually avoid any type of moisturizer afraid of clogging their pores. But they walk around with a dry face and red irritated pimples that only make them look worse. You need to treat the inside and outside of your body. Not one product will work. Remember, your acne will become resistant to anything you overuse eventually.
 
Please try this below and let me know how it works for you. If you can, document your experince by writing a once a week update and take pictures. I was going to post my before and after pic but even now am so insecure about the before pics. First, ask your doctor to temporarily put you on a low or semi-low dose of tetracycline/doxycycline. Only stay on this for 3-6 months, no longer. At the same time here are some things you need to do. If you do not use my products please try to find something similar with no parabens, fragrance, or any harsh ingredients. I would recommend using my acne 2 face wash to start, my acne toner and my acne serum. After about 6 weeks to 2 months switch your acne 2 wash with my original acne wash. Keep switching between the two face washes during the whole treatment so that your acne does not become resistant to it. Occasionally as a night treatment you can take some vitamin e oil, apply to your face and lay down with a warm wash rag over your face (keep wetting and making warm) for about 10 minutes. Or you can steam your face by holding your head over a very warm pot of water with a towell over your head for 5-10 minutes. After this, splash cool water on your face, pat dry. Your face should still feel a little oily after this. Sleep with this oil on your face. Vitamin E is also great for your lips. The night you do this treatment load your lips up with vitamin E. You will never have chapped lips. Do this facial treatment about once every 4 days. Now for your diet, drink lots of water, and try to eat more fruits and veggies. Also, it is very important to never, never touch your face before you have washed your hands. Please get into this habit. Be careful not to get hairspray on your face or any type of hair product (gel ect.). This one may be expensive but well worth it (promise). Buy a Zeno. This is a hand held devise that spot treats acne. They are available from a Zeno Mini which give you 45 spot treatments for $89.00 to a 90 spot treatment for around $160.00. When the treatments run out you only need to buy a replacment tip. I bought the zeno mini and the replacement cartridges are about $18.00. I would recommend that the more severe yor acne the bigger Zeno you buy. You can find it at Walgreens and Walmart but for the bigger Zenos you may have to purchase it online. You also may want to get the charger for $20.00 because for some reason this device uses up batteries quick. This device is a life saver. You will not regret getting it. Keep the receipt and I think you can send in a warrarty card for a 1 yr warranty. You may use it alot at the beginning but after about 2 months when your acne is less severe you will use it less often.  Now, if I even slightly feel a sore spot like a pimple is starting, I use the zeno mini on it, and 80% of the time it stops it from coming through, the other 20% of the time it does not become full blown and is hardly noticable.
 
 
Some other causes of unhealthy skin
 
Faulty diet. Refined foods like white flour, sugar and products made with them, tea, coffee, and soft drinks deplete energy, bring about wrinkles, unattractive skin and premature aging.

Lack of healthy blood. Healthy blood adds a glow to the skin and keeps it well-nourished, moist, and free from dryness and roughness.

Inadequate cleansing. Very often, our skin looks superficially clean; but they really are not. Dirt and dust particles can hide in the pores of the skin and clog sweat and sebaceous glands. Proper cleansing not only removes all the dust, dirt and make-up, which accumulate during the day, but also stops the oil-secreting sebaceous glands from getting clogged.

Diet
 
Diet plays an important role in maintaining the health of the skin. Diet should supply all the nutrients needed to build health, namely, protein, carbohydrates, fats, essential fatty acids and all the essential vitamins and minerals. Such a diet will consist of liberal quantities of seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables and fruits, supplemented by special protective foods like milk, vegetable oils, yogurt, honey and yeast.

Nutrients play an important role in maintaining a healthy skin.

Examples:

Your skin is unusually dry and rough. You have blackheads and whiteheads. You are probably lacking sufficient vitamin A. You could also be suffering from the deficiencies in iron, iodine and the B Vitamins. Adequate amounts of protein and vitamin C are also important.

The vitamins of the B group are important in producing beautiful skin.

Vitamin B1 aids skin health by helping to keep the circulation normal.

Vitamin B2 or riboflavin deficiency can lead to brown pigmentation, or liver spots on the skin. These ugly spots usually disappear if generous amounts of vitamin B2 are given over a period of six months. Severe riboflavin deficiency can lead to oily skin and hair and small deposits of fat under the skin of the cheeks and forehead and behind the ears. More severe deficiency of riboflavin causes the skin under the nose and at the comers of the eyes and mouth to crack and become sore.

Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine deficiency can result in dermatitis or eczema.

Niacin deficiency can also cause an eczema type of skin eruption with brown pigmentation, largely on the face, forearms and legs.

Deficiency of pantothenic acid, para-aminobenzoic acid, and biotin: This also leads to types of eczema. The symptoms will go away completely when these vitamins are generously added to the diet.

It is clear that Vitamin B plays a pivotal role in maintaining a healthy skin. So, diet that is rich in Vitamin B can go a long way in skin health. One of the important food in this connection is brewer's yeast. Even the person whose skin seems smooth and healthy usually notices improvement in texture and glow, a week after adding two or more tablespoons of brewer's yeast to the daily diet. Persons with eczema should, for an entire month, take a tablespoon of yeast stirred into citrus juice or water after each meal, between meals, and before retiring. If the diet is adequate in all other respects, the eczema is usually cured in a month 's time. 
Anemia and Pale Skin: Anemia results from lack of protein, iodine, calcium, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, cobalt, copper, and iron. Take diet rich in Vitamin B. Folic acid and vitamin B12 are especially important.
 
Homemade natural recipes to try at home. Remember, you cannot forget about your skin. It takes work everyday, especially when you have problem skin. I wash, tone and moisturize my face EVERY MORNING AND NIGHT. I use some type of steam, oil treatment, srub or different toner at least every other night. Remember to try new things and to switch on and off between treatments.
 
 
Mask

Prepare a lotion by grating and squeezing the juice of a small slice of water-melon. Apply this lotion over the face and neck for fifteen minutes. Wash with warm water. Follow this by a splash of cold water.

Yeast Acne

Little tiny pimples are often a form of yeast not typical acne. Try Monistat (yes the over the counter yeast infection medication). 

Mask

Apply the pulp of a tomato liberally on the face. Leave this for an hour. Then wash off with warm water. Repeat this daily. You will have a good complexion. It will also remove ugly-looking pimples in a short time. 

Paste

Crush a asprine and add a dab of water to make a paste. Apply it to pimple befor bed. 

Mask

Apply pepto bismol as a mask. 

Mask

To one tablespoon of tomato juice add a couple of drops of lime juice. Apply on face and remove after 15 minutes. It is very effective for shrinking enlarged pores.

 
Mask
Oatmeal, honey, olive oil, lemon or grapefruit juice optional. Mix well. You can use cold or warm in microwave and apply to face for 15 min. You can also cook the oatmeal first. Rince with warm water then cool. Pat dry with CLEAN TOWELL OR WASHCLOTH.
 
Scrub
Honey, olive oil, and sugar. Mix well, can warm in microwave. Gently scrub face for two minutes. Rince will warm water, then cool. Pat dry with clean towell or washcloth. Your face will be a little oily but leave it on.
 
Mask
Cook plain oatmeal and while still warm apply to face. Leave on for 15-30 minutes. Wash off. Oatmeal is an astringent and draws out impurities. You can use this mask as often as you want. Just remember after rincing off, apply the acne serum, or some type of chemical and fragrance free lotion. To this oatmeal mixture you can also add, tea tree oil, olive oil, grapefruit or lemon juice.
 
Mask
1 egg white and 1 tsp. of lemon. Rince after about 30 minutes
 
Mask
2 tsp. of cornstarch, 1 tsp. of vinegar. Leave on 30 minutes and rince off.
 
Cream
1 cup of plain yogart, and the juice of 1/2 of lemon. Apply as a cream at night after you have washed, toned and done any other skin regimine.
 
Create your own toner
30 drops of grapefruit seed extract (go to health food store) and 4oz. of water. Apply to face as toner. You can switch on and off with this and my acne toner. REMEMBER DO NOT LET YOUR ACNE BECOME IMMUNE (FAKE OUT YOUR ACNE!!!!).
 
Vinegar-Apple cider vinegar diluted with water is also a great change for a toner.
 
Use the African Black soap.
I use it in the shower for all over my face, body and hair. Then I switch off with my other face washes from time to time.
 
Drink at least 5 glasses of water a day. Limit or eliminate soda, fried food and foods with trans fatty acids.
 
Instead of using your toner about once every 4 or 5 days, use peroxide instead.
 
Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar applied directly to face is a great astringent.
 
If you feel a pimple coming up not only can you use the Zeno but you can put a piece of ice in a ziploc and hold it on the pimple for as long as possible.
 
Do not sleep with your makeup on even if it is mineral makeup.
 
Get tea tree oil and apply it on pimples about once every 3-4 days. Remember just like anything, do not use all the time because your acne will become ammune to it.
 
Do not use harsh abrasive products on your face. If you exfoliate, do it very gently.
 
To be honest with you, if you have very severe acne you may need to get on Acutane, but please do not stay on for more than one year.
 
Limit stress and get pleanty of sleep. Lack of sleep is very noticable in your skin.
 
Saunas are great after going to the gym and working out!!!!!!
 
Try to steam your face for 5-10 minutes every evening or every other evening.
 
Allthough this may seem confusing and alot of work, YEA YOU ARE RIGHT BUT ONLY AT THE BEGINNING!  All of this will become second nature with you. You will discover which products works best for you and it will get easier and less expensive over time. For instance it is no longer a chore to make myself a mask, put that on and soak in a bath ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Take it one day at a time, and remember you did not get acne over night and it will not go away over night.
